Fort Mitchell, KY General Laborer/Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment. Must be comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures of 34-37°F for extended periods. Ability to work in wet conditions. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks involving bending and lifting. Ability to lift 25-50 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and product quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Ability to follow instructions, food safety procedures, and workplace safety guidelines. Must follow the facility's dress code, including restrictions on jewelry, piercings, artificial nails, and nail polish. Must wear required protective equipment, which will be provided by the employer. About the General Laborer Role As a General Laborer, your responsibilities will include: Work on production lines processing fresh fruits and vegetables. Sort and inspect produce to ensure quality standards are met. Handle fresh produce throughout the production process. Assemble and package finished products for shipment. Label and weigh products according to company guidelines. Organize packaged products for shipment. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
