These positions are to help ACT, Inc. relocate and organize our growing manufacturing operation. Employees who demonstrate reliable attendance, a positive attitude, quality workmanship, and the ability to work well with our team may be considered for full-time, permanent employment following the move. What We Offer Competitive wages commensurate with experience Four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday Consistent 10-hour shifts Overtime opportunities available On-the-job training Team-oriented manufacturing environment Opportunity for advancement and full-time employment Employees who transition into eligible full-time positions may also receive: Profit sharing Paid sick and vacation time Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Life insurance Job Responsibilities May Include Assisting with the relocation and organization of manufacturing operations Assembling retail fixtures and displays Loading and unloading parts from machines Operating equipment such as table saws and miter saws Sanding and preparing components Packing finished products for shipment Inspecting parts and performing quality-control checks Maintaining a clean and organized work area Sweeping, cleaning, and assisting with general shop duties Requirements Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to understand and communicate workplace instructions in English Willingness to learn and perform a variety of manufacturing tasks Willingness to work overtime when available Ready to get started?
