Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and supporting efficient distribution processes. Your energy and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to track inventory movements and update records accurately. Perform order picking and packing tasks with precision, using RF scanners and order pickers to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Conduct stock inspections, inventory counts, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent discrepancies. Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely and verifying shipping & receiving documentation in compliance with trade regulations. Operate data entry systems including AS400 and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to ensure seamless logistics operations. Support shipping logistics by coordinating load & unload activities, managing international trade compliance when necessary, and ensuring timely delivery. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics is preferred. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Hands-on experience with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers is highly desirable. Strong basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
