About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Exhibit Associate to join our Synergy Krewe. The core of this role is prepping, packing, and shipping trade show exhibits, and supporting on-site installs and dismantles. This role requires travel to show sites nationwide for installs and dismantles — schedules vary and may include short-notice or multi-day trips. You'll help keep the warehouse organized, materials moving accurately, and projects on schedule in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Shipping Assist with receiving inbound shipments — unload, inspect for damage, and help log items per warehouse process Prepare and pack materials for outgoing projects, checking against the packing list for accuracy Load and unload deliveries; verify items against packing lists on return and flag any missing or damaged components to the Lead Warehouse Organization Receive, organize, and store materials and supplies in their designated storage zones Return items to their designated location the same day they're used or moved Maintain a clean, organized warehouse — clear aisles and exits, tools stored properly after use Assist with routine inventory counts and report discrepancies or low stock to the supervisor Participate in bi-annual (Summer/Winter) warehouse reorganizations Exhibit Build, Install & Dismantle Build, prep, and dismantle trade show exhibits following diagrams and setup instructions Use checklists to confirm all materials, hardware, and tools are packed and ready before departure Travel to show sites nationwide to support install and dismantle Repack components in original crate configuration on dismantle; photograph damaged or disassembled components as directed Wear gloves when handling printed panels, SEG fabric, or graphics — fingerprints cause damage that requires reprinting Equipment & Safety Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks where certified (forklift use requires certification and Operations approval) Report any equipment malfunction to the Lead immediately — do not continue using damaged equipment Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols Communication Communicate promptly and professionally with the Lead team member Collaborate with the design and implementation team to ensure high-quality installations Qualifications Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic proficiency with Google Workspace and inventory software Forklift certification is a plus Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment Ability to travel nationwide to show sites for show installations
