Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across our distribution center. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with heavy equipment, manage inventory, and support order fulfillment processes. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to efficient warehouse distribution. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your contribution to our success. Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory control using warehouse management processes Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying inbound and outbound shipments and preparing items for dispatch Conduct stock stocking, order picking, and packaging tasks to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately Support warehouse safety protocols by adhering to OSHA standards and mechanical knowledge requirements during heavy lifting and materials handling Use order pickers and other equipment for efficient order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products Maintain organized storage areas through inventory management practices, supporting overall warehouse distribution efficiency Monday through Wednesday 10-7, Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12 Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 platforms, RF scanners, and other mechanical tools Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers with proper certification if required Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations including OSHA guidelines and safe materials handling techniques Experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy Join us as a Warehouse Worker to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics.
