Warehouse Associate The Staffing Group - 3.7 Ayer, MA Job Details Temp-to-hire $21.75 - $24.75 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Basic math English GMP Forklift High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience Truck loading and unloading Materials handling Material handling equipment operation Full Job Description 1st Shift 7:30am-4:00pm M-F Sat&Sun as needed 1 Req 3rd Shift 11:30pm-8:00am M-F Sat&Sun as needed 3 Reqs Certified to operate a forklift|fork truck Under general supervision, position is responsible for accepting daily production into inventory. Rotating stock by code date and SKU#, picking customer orders and load the trucks.
PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loading and unloading of trucks according to load plans
- Receive, count, tag and distribute all incoming material to designated area.
- Match all packing slips and weigh bills to a generated purchase order.
- Input all data into an ERP system
- Provide QC samples on all Raw Materials at time of receipt.
- Kit, pre-stage, and document all Raw Material for daily production use
- Maintain inventory and assist in inventory cycle counts
- Review all load plans for accuracy and truck position
- Keep warehouse at expected GMP levels and ready for FDA and AIB inspections at all times
- Configure orders for daily shipment as well as preparing small parts packages
- Operate the ASRS equipment in accordance with the SOP
- Work under Refrigerated temperature conditions (34 - 38 Degrees Fahrenheit)
- Required to work some overtime occasionally
- Adheres to all safety and GMP policies
- Printing Daily Reports including, but not limited to: Receiving Logs, Shipping Logs, Small Package Reports, Driver Logs, & Shortage Reports
- Other duties or projects as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Able to operate a forklift/fork truck
- Entry level computer skills and knowledge of Fedex shipping procedures is a plus
- Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak English have basic math skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
