This position is being added to support material handling operations at the Bedford facility. The primary focus will be ensuring efficient movement of materials into and out of the manufacturing environment while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance requirements. Core Responsibilities Inbound Materials & Receiving Receive incoming materials and shipments. Verify deliveries and ensure all materials are accurately entered into the system (WMS/ERP/SAP). Support inspection and inventory receipt processes. Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material traceability. Work within regulated procedures to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. This role is heavily focused on the daily execution of warehouse operations that directly support manufacturing output. Position justification is specifically for material picking, boxing, and line kitting support . Outbound Shipping & Distribution Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure outbound shipments are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate shipment activities to support production and customer requirements. Update inventory and shipping transactions within warehouse systems. Manufacturing Support Perform kitting and material picking activities. Create work order kits and stage materials needed by manufacturing teams. Ensure production lines have the materials required to support daily operations. Support material flow between warehouse and production areas. Inventory & Warehouse Operations Conduct inventory movements, stock counts, and stock verification activities. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Support inventory adjustments and material reconciliation when necessary. Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehouse efficiency. Systems & Equipment Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or ERP platforms for inventory transactions. Support daily system checks and data accuracy verification. Assist with minor warehouse equipment troubleshooting and maintenance activities as required. Additional Details/Experience Prior warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience. Experience working within WMS, SAP, or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulated environment is highly preferred. Comfortable performing physical warehouse responsibilities including material movement, picking, packing, and kitting.
