1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM OR 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist with document scanning, electronic file management, and record organization. This position will be responsible for scanning work orders, maintaining accurate electronic records, and retrieving supporting documentation as needed. Essential Functions Scan work orders and documents into electronic files Ensure scanned documents are clear, complete, and legible Perform batch scanning Maintain organized electronic files and records Look up certificates and supporting documentation for inventory-related records Assist with general document management as needed Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of relevant work experience Basic computer skills Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to manage and organize electronic files Experience with ERP or document management systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. #CNX200
