What you'll be doing: Work as a valued member of a dynamic Materials Handler team in our Warehouse and Distribution department to ensure that all materials received are processing in a timely manner. Data processing of invoices, packing slips, and freight claims. Tracking inventories in storage. Work cross functionally to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure production materials are processed in a timely fashion. Competently handle the shipping and handling of hazardous materials. Prepare outgoing shipment requests and schedule pickups. Label Incoming Warehouse Materials and Finished Products. Schedule is on-site Monday through Friday, day shift from 10am to 6:30pm at our Canton, MA facility.
What we require:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of warehouse and shipping experience required. Experience in life science distribution preferred. Excellent organizational skills with inventory. Detailed oriented with good computer skills (receiving entry system, Excel, and Microsoft Word programs). Strong communication skills are needed for interaction with all department levels. Previous experience handling and storing hazardous materials is preferred. Standing for extended periods of time. Frequent repetitive movements with wrists, elbows, and shoulders. Some bending from time to time. Frequent lifting, pulling and pushing motions. Ability to lift 50 lbs. A pre-employment lift test and physical are required for this position. A valid driver's license is required.

00/hr and reflects current market data for similarly-sized life science companies and internal equity. Organogenesis is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan with competitive company match, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state and federal law. Our time-off policy includes paid vacation days, paid company holidays, and paid sick time. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education, and other factors permitted by law.
