Job Description

Position Description:
MUST BE ABLE TO GET A SECRET CLEARANCE
The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate order fulfillment, efficient material handling, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by preparing customer orders, managing inventory, and collaborating with team members to meet operational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and complete customer orders for delivery or pickup according to established schedules, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping. Receive, inspect, and process incoming warehouse stock, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing materials. Perform routine inventory control tasks, maintaining accuracy and meeting quality standards required for audits. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while maximizing warehouse space efficiency. Complete daily logs, documentation, and tracking system updates. Identify and report any product or documentation discrepancies promptly. Communicate effectively and collaborate with supervisors, team members, and other departments. Safely operate and perform preventive maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Follow all company procedures, quality service standards, and applicable rules and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Current forklift certification required. Proficiency with inventory management systems, databases, and warehouse software tools. Knowledge of modern warehouse operations, best practices, and safety methods. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
Education/Experience:
Associate degree plus one year of related experience, or Three years of warehouse experience in lieu of a degree.
