Job Description

Position Overview Gas Bus LLC is seeking a highly motivated Cannabis Delivery Driver & Production Associate to join our licensed Massachusetts cannabis operations. This position combines regulated cannabis delivery, warehouse operations, inventory management, and cannabis production responsibilities. As a registered Marijuana Establishment Agent , you will be responsible for transporting cannabis products in accordance with 935 CMR 500.000 and 935 CMR 501.000 , maintaining strict inventory control, supporting warehouse operations, and assisting with the production of pre-roll cannabis products using automated manufacturing equipment. Because cannabis is one of the most highly regulated industries in Massachusetts, every employee plays an important role in maintaining compliance, product security, customer safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and customer service. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCannabis Delivery Operations Safely transport cannabis products to adult-use consumers throughout Massachusetts while complying with all applicable provisions of 935 CMR 500.000 and 501.000 Conduct deliveries using company-approved delivery vehicles equipped with required security and tracking systems Verify customer identity and age using valid government-issued identification before completing every delivery Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding secure transport, chain of custody, delivery manifests, route management, cash handling, and customer interactions Maintain accurate delivery documentation, manifests, and electronic records utilizing company software, POS systems, and METRC where applicable Safeguard cannabis products, cash, and company assets throughout the delivery process Immediately report security incidents, vehicle issues, delivery discrepancies, or compliance concerns to management Maintain professionalism while representing the company during all customer interactions Ensure deliveries remain compliant with Massachusetts purchase limits and company verification procedures. Warehouse & Inventory Responsibilities Receive, inspect, organize, and securely store cannabis products within the licensed warehouse Prepare customer orders accurately for delivery while maintaining complete chain of custody Assist with inventory counts, audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation Maintain inventory accuracy within METRC and internal inventory management systems Label, package, stage, and organize finished cannabis products according to company SOPs and Cannabis Control Commission requirements Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and security Assist management during regulatory inspections and inventory audits Follow all security procedures for restricted access areas and controlled inventory. Compliance Responsibilities This position is subject to all applicable Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations including 935 CMR 500.000 and 935 CMR 501.000 .
Employees are expected to:
Maintain active Marijuana Establishment Agent registration as required by the Cannabis Control Commission (Gas Bus will arrange and sponsor) Complete all required compliance and security training (Gas Bus will arrange and sponsor) Strictly follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company operations Follow all inventory tracking requirements including METRC documentation Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews Report any suspected diversion, theft, inventory discrepancies, or regulatory violations immediately Maintain compliance with all transportation, security, packaging, storage, and inventory regulations established by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. QualificationsRequired Minimum 21 years of age Eligible to register as a Massachusetts Marijuana Establishment Agent Valid Massachusetts driver's license Clean driving record Ability to successfully pass background screening as required by the Cannabis Control Commission Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, inventory software, and GPS navigation Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Pay:
$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 - 40.0 per week
