Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking dependable General Laborers for a full-time, hands-on position. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with their hands, using basic tools, and performing physical work in a warehouse/production environment. Previous pallet repair experience is not required. Training will be provided. Candidates with experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, warehouse work, manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or other hands-on positions are encouraged to apply. All necessary tools and PPE will be provided. Responsibilities Depending on daily production needs, responsibilities may include: Repair wooden pallets by identifying damaged or broken boards and replacing them as needed Use basic hand and power tools including hammers, pry bars, staple guns, and nail guns Grade completed pallets using a barcode system and move finished pallets onto a conveyor Build wooden pallets and crates using lumber and a building jig Work with a partner to assemble pallets and crates Load corrugated materials into an electric baler Sweep trailers and maintain a clean and organized work area Stamp, sort, and handle pallets as needed Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned Qualifications Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift Ability to use or learn to use basic hand and power tools Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, landscaping, or similar experience is helpful but not required Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Reliable attendance and ability to report to work on time Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply; English is not required What We Offer Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Early finish on Fridays Full training provided Tools and PPE provided No previous pallet repair experience required Immediate opportunity for candidates with hands-on work experience #
