Freezer Warehouse Lumpers - Middleboro, MA Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | $20/hr Looking for steady work in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're hiring motivated Lumpers to join a busy cold-storage facility in Middleboro, MA. If you're comfortable with physical work, working as part of a team, and working in a freezer environment, this could be a great long-term opportunity. What You'll Do You'll play an important role in receiving and moving frozen products safely and efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Unloading trucks and trailers Removing product from pallets and organizing freight Labeling products and pallets Building and palletizing pallets according to customer or warehouse requirements Wrapping and preparing pallets for storage or shipment Moving product throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks Checking product quantities and labels for accuracy Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe Following all company safety procedures and guidelines What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or lumper experience preferred Comfortable with heavy physical work and repetitive lifting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift Comfortable working in a freezer environment (-10°F to -20°F) Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation to Middleboro, MA Willingness to follow safety procedures and work safely in cold conditions Freezer gear/PPE will be provided Why You'll Want This Job $20/hr Full-time, consistent Monday-Friday schedule 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Temp-to-hire opportunity Potential for long-term employment and benefits Steady warehouse work in a team-oriented environment
