Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Warehouse Associate/Driver, where your energy and precision will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receives, inspects, unpacks, and sorts incoming parts, supplies, and materials to ensure they match picking slip and invoice. Work with warehouse team to review and pick orders, stage them for delivery, load and unload trucks Records receipts into internal business system against correct purchase orders. Communicates observed discrepancies with the site leadership. Safely operate company vehicles to make local deliveries and pickups, ensuring products, materials, and documentation are transported accurately and on schedule. Performs vehicle inspections and maintain safe driving practices while providing professional and courteous service to customers, vendors, and other business partners. Safeguards and tracks inventory items to ensure accurate accountability. Utilizes shipping software for shipping and billing activities. Operates forklift to load and unload trucks (certification required); operates other warehouse equipment. Assists in weekly cycle counts. Handles multiple tasks simultaneously, executes in a timely manner, and remains organized. Assist in handling samples for processing. Performs assembly duties. Maintains a clean and safe work area; comfortable performing in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy and promptness. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Prior warehouse experience Valid certification in forklift operation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following safety regulations Basic math skills for inventory counting, order processing, and shipment calculations.
