Job Description

Material Handler -

Demo Inventory Operations Schedule:

M-F, 8:30 AM-5

PM Pay:

$19.50/hr

Responsibilities:

Process and fulfill internal demo inventory requests accurately. Safely handle and move materials using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment. Perform inventory adjustments and transactions in the WMS. Maintain clear documentation for audit readiness and compliance. Follow all SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Support efficient warehouse operations and timely material flow. Uphold Boston Scientific's Quality Policy. Work with leadership to resolve discrepancies and meet operational needs. Communicate order updates to requesters via email. Update and monitor the Inventory Request Tool. Prepare, pack, and stage demo orders for shipment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical/Technical Requirements:

Ability to lift, stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Comfortable using computers, printers, and product-handling equipment.
