Material Handlers:
Monday - Friday 8am - 3:30pm $18.50 Responsibilities of the
Material Handler:
Processing shipments based on country-specific requirements and shipping regulations. Consistent heavy lifting associated with full-case handling and palletizations. Preparation and verification of shipping documentation. Operation of material handling equipment and special equipment (S6,S7 robot, strapping tools, Electric Pallet Jacks). System knowledge required to identify and resolve PGI failures and potential shipment issues. Troubleshooting shipment and system-related issues in real time related to shipment flow, documentation, and expectations. Understanding and managing export documentation requirements that are applied to shipments for specific lanes. Working within strict international shipping schedules and country-specific cutoff times and priority windows. Coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments as needed.
