PM Job Summary:

Our client in is seeking detail-oriented Warehouse/Assembly team to assist on the assembly line. This role involves performing assembly and inspection operations in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. Team members follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up equipment for assembly/inspection according to Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI's). Understand individual tasks and how they relate to team objectives; work under close supervision and follow Standard Work where applicable. Assemble component parts according to specifications, using both manual and automatic machine operations. Visually and/or dimensionally inspect parts and assemblies for compliance; identify and escalate quality non-conformances. Complete required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Package assemblies for shipment as needed. Participate in team activities focusing on process improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction. Expand skills through on-the-job training, cross-training, and classroom instruction. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Participate in flex break programs and perform other functions as required.

Qualifications:

2 years of related experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions in English; blueprint reading preferred. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred. Previous light assembly experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Continuous sitting or standing/walking for most of the workday. Frequent hand coordination and occasional to frequent reaching with arms. Some tasks require frequent use of a foot pedal. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. Work may include exposure to dust, elevated temperatures (Cathode department), and changes in temperature/humidity (Dry Room).
