With facilities and sales offices worldwide, the company specializes in innovative solutions such as motorized microscope stages, robotic sample loading systems, fluorescence illumination systems, and custom optical solutions that advance scientific research and microscopy applications. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential to our daily business operations, ensuring efficient handling of inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Unlike traditional warehouse roles, this position focuses on accuracy, documentation, and system management rather than heavy manual labor. You will be responsible for ensuring our high-value products are handled with care, documented correctly, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify contents against purchase orders with 100% accuracy Utilize shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager) and our internal ERP system to generate labels, produce packing slips, and track inventory Stock shelves systematically, organize inventory locations, perform cycle counts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments Support packaging activities for stock and sales orders, ensuring products are securely packed for delivery and/or storage Communicate with Sales and Production teams regarding order status and carrier pickups/drop-offs Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years in a dedicated shipping/receiving or inventory role Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes such as order picking & packing, stock management, load & unload operations, and shipping & receiving procedures Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with shipping platforms (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager) strongly preferred Ability to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts safely Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a mid-sized office/warehouse environment Ability to stand for extended periods; this is not a heavy-lifting position, however, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. may occasionally be required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to precision manufacturing excellence! Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
