Warehouse/inventory experience required Must be comfortable with frequent standing, walking, and sitting Must pass background check and drug test Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for keeping materials and products flowing efficiently between the fabrication floor and warehouse based on required dates. The primary focus of this position is timely picking, packaging, inventory movement, and accurate placement of materials in the appropriate warehouse locations. This position will also support a variety of day-to-day warehouse activities and work closely with Production and other internal departments to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Transfer equipment and materials to and from the fabrication floor. Fill requests for miscellaneous parts and deliver them to the Production floor. Assist with packing materials for production shipments. Perform inventory cycle counts. Complete Material Transfer Requests on a scheduled basis. Pick, package, and move materials according to required dates. Ensure materials are placed in the correct warehouse locations. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve material and inventory issues. Communicate effectively through email and phone regarding questions and requests. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Follow company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Warehouse and inventory management experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with UPS WorldShip preferred. Knowledge of international shipping procedures is a plus. Experience packaging, palletizing, and shipping electronic equipment is preferred. Strong professionalism and integrity. Ability to work effectively with peers and across departments. Good customer service skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Education & Physical Requirements High school diploma required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform extensive sitting, standing, and walking. Valid U.S. driver's license required. Must be willing to complete background checks and drug testing as required by current or future contracts. Must pass drug test (DT) and background check (BG).

Pay:
