MOVIN' As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'.

WINNIN'

. Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.

• You are 18 years of age.

You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Previous managerial experience required

Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required

Top-notch customer service skills

Excellent leadership skills

Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task

Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills

Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required
