This role is the backbone of our daily operations — making sure the right products get to the right customers, on time and in good condition. You'll split your time between warehouse duties (receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders) and local deliveries to HVAC contractors and job sites across the Greater Boston area. If you take pride in staying organized, don't mind physical work, and enjoy being on the move rather than stuck behind a desk, this is a great fit. We're a growing HVAC supply company, so you'll be joining a small, hands-on team where every person matters. There's real opportunity to take on more responsibility as the business expands. Receiving & Deliveries Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure goods match relevant paperwork. Unbox products, verify quantities, and report any damaged or missing items to management. Communicate with delivery drivers, vendors, or recycling/trash services as needed. Deliver orders to customers using the company pickup truck. Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Stock, rotate, and manage inventory according to established procedures. Perform daily inventory checks and notify management of low or replenishment items. Complete all routine paperwork accurately and on time. Break down boxes and ensure proper recycling and waste handling. Prepare and stage orders on trailers for scheduled pickups. Material Handling Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages. Stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift. Qualifications Legal right to work in the U.S. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious. Comfortable using smartphones, handheld scanners, and basic warehouse technology. Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Valid driver's license A sturdy pair of work shoes!
