Duties Load and unload shipments using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while following safety guidelines. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and manual methods to ensure timely delivery. Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and loaders to move large or bulky items safely within the warehouse. Maintain precise inventory records through regular stock counts and updates using inventory management systems. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying shipments, inspecting goods for damage, and documenting discrepancies. Organize warehouse space efficiently by stacking pallets, arranging materials, and ensuring clear pathways for safe movement. Follow OSHA safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or background in warehouse distribution is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate forklift trucks, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment safely. Experience with order picking, shipping & receiving processes, and inventory management systems. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly while maintaining proper form. Knowledge of safety standards such as OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in warehouse supervisor roles or with warehouse operations is a plus. #CNX200
