2 About the Role We are hiring 2 Material Handlers to join a team in Worcester, MA. This is a hands-on position that involves moving, organizing, packing, and stocking materials throughout the facility.

Two openings are available:

Temp-to-Perm:

Opportunity to become permanent. International shipping experience is required. Experience using warehouse scanners is a strong plus. 3-

Month Temporary:

Expected to last approximately 3 months. This position will primarily support the Raw Stock Room and picking operations. What You'll Do Move freight, stock, and materials throughout the facility Load and unload shipments Sort and organize cargo Pick and pack orders Move materials from receiving to storage and from storage to the shipping dock Restock shelves and maintain an organized work area Label and identify containers Stack materials on pallets or cargo boards Use production sheets and work tickets to track materials Follow safety and handling procedures Perform other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 0-1 year of warehouse/material handling experience is acceptable Ability to follow directions and work independently Reliable and able to meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment For the Temp-to-Perm opening: International shipping experience required Warehouse scanner experience is a plus Physical Requirements Must be comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with support Frequent bending, stooping, carrying, climbing, and reaching Comfortable working in areas that may not be climate-controlled Must be able to safely handle and move materials throughout the facility Additional Information THC is OK Background check required Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Please specify whether you are interested in the Temp-to-Perm or 3-Month Temporary opening when applying.
