Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within our warehouse. Your proactive approach will support seamless order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently. Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and conducting regular stock checks. Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments, preparing items for dispatch, and recording transactions in systems like AS400 or MRP software. Use basic math skills to count, measure, and verify quantities during order picking and packing activities. Ensure proper packaging of products for safe transportation while adhering to quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and conducting routine inspections. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, or similar inventory software is a plus. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order counting and inventory checks. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to support efficient warehouse operations. Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Pay:
$24.12 - $29.05 per hour
