Temporary (Two Week Assignment) 1st Shift Material Handler Job Description Join a dynamic team where associates will work on Amazon Robotics floors to assist with installing and building pods, as well as unloading materials. This role involves working across multiple floors in a fast-paced and loud environment, collaborating as a team to complete tasks within specific timeframes. Additionally, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures is paramount. Responsibilities Assist with installing and building pods on Amazon Robotics floors. Unload materials efficiently. Work as part of a team to complete swaps within specified time limits. Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment by adhering to company policies and procedures. Essential Skills General labor experience. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Experience in construction, production, and carpentry. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in commercial construction and assembly. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs. Punctuality, reliability, and a safety-conscious mindset. Physically capable of repetitive work involving lifting, pulling, and pushing. Why Work Here?
