ActionPak of Baltimore, LLC is growing, and we are looking for 2-3 dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Specialists - Packers/Kitters to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package with medical insurance available on your first day of employment. Our Baltimore operation specializes in the professional packing, kitting, handling, and preparation of high-tech government property for domestic and international shipment . Due to the nature of our work, candidates must be able to successfully complete a Department of Defense background check as a condition of employment. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Specialist, you will perform a variety of warehouse, packing, kitting, shipping, and material-handling responsibilities, including: Carefully pack materials according to established instructions and customer requirements. Assemble kits containing electronic parts and components. Accurately count, label, bag, package, and carton materials. Properly mark cartons and crates for final shipment. Enter shipping information into online systems and prepare required documentation. Look up parts and enter information into SAP to create paperwork and update records. Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining accurate inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and static-free work area. Work closely with inspectors to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist with crating, forklift operations, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities as needed. Identify questions or discrepancies and communicate them promptly and professionally to your supervisor or the customer. Provide professional customer service and help ensure customer requirements are met. Support other warehouse activities as needed to keep operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in general warehouse operations, kitting, packing, shipping, receiving, or a related environment. Previous experience handling electronic parts or sensitive materials is a plus. Forklift experience is preferred. Ability to accurately perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, accurate, safety-conscious, and self-motivated. Ability to work successfully as part of a diverse team. Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, safety requirements, and company policies. Willingness to periodically travel to nearby local work sites. Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position.

Candidates must be able to:

Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more when appropriate and safely performed . Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Perform routine bending, reaching, pulling, material handling, and inventory put-away activities. Work Environment Environmentally controlled warehouse. Regular Monday-Friday daytime schedule.
