In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in event logistics, shipping, and inventory management systems.
Core Responsibilities Receiving & Quality Inspection:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments and return event assets.
Order Fulfillment & Staging:
Pick, pack, stage, and prep event decor and staging materials based on pull sheets and project specifications using inventory management software.
Truck Loading & Offloading:
Efficiently load and unload box trucks and vans, ensuring proper handling, blocking, and securing of goods to prevent transit damage.
Pack & Prep Support:
Assist in packaging, wrapping, and securing custom builds and rentals securely for transit to venue sites.
Logistics Coordination:
Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate order fulfillment, staging areas, and delivery schedules for timely dispatch.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficient storage layouts throughout the warehouse and staging bays.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution centers, or event production is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Equipment Operation:
Ability to safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, material carts .
Safety & Compliance:
Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols, proper lifting techniques, and company procedures.
Communication & Teamwork:
A customer-service mindset with effective communication skills to interact professionally with team members, drivers, and vendors.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work on your feet in an active warehouse environment and lift/move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
Work Schedule Standard Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak event seasons to support major project load-ins and strikes.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly Non-Exempt / Overtime Eligible).
