Warehouse Associate - Entry Level | Part-Time | Reliable Team Windsor Mill, MD $17.00/hour + performance-based reviews About the Role Healthsource Distributors is a growing pharmaceutical distributor that depends on accuracy, consistency, and accountability to serve pharmacies across the country. We are seeking dependable, hard-working part-time warehouse associates who take pride in showing up on time, following procedures, and supporting their team. This role is ideal for someone looking for steady evening work , clear expectations, and the opportunity to grow based on performance. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 4:00 PM to approximately 9:30 PM Consistent weekly schedule Occasional slight variations in end time based on workload (Candidates must be able to reliably work this schedule.) What You'll Be Responsible For Accurately picking, packing, and shipping prescription orders Verifying orders for correctness and completeness Receiving and organizing inventory with attention to detail Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Following all warehouse procedures and safety standards Supporting daily operations to keep orders moving on schedule What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay focused and productive throughout the shift Willingness to follow established processes and instructions Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Pride in doing quality work every day Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to meet productivity and accuracy expectations during scheduled shifts Willingness to undergo a background check Warehouse experience is helpful but not required — consistency and work ethic matter more than experience.
