Job Summary Join our dynamic team and be a vital part of our operational success! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support manufacturing, assembly and maintenance projects. Your hands-on approach and proactive attitude will help ensure smooth workflows, safety compliance, and high-quality results. No experience is required for this role and we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, or performing basic tasks as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and teammates Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper care and attention to detail Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal functioning Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Experience Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, welding, fabrication, or related fields is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to detail, safety procedures and guidelines Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.
