Driller Helper New England Boring Contractors (NEBC) has been committed to providing the most comprehensive drilling services since 1984. Over the years we have grown into Greater New England's premier Drilling Firm due to our vast drilling experience, innovative techniques, and geotechnical and environmental expertise. We pride ourselves on our quality of work and we are looking for someone who shares similar values. Are you looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking to add a Driller Helper to our team in Hermon, ME. We are willing to train a motivated, reliable individual with a strong willingness to learn. As a Driller Assistant at New England Boring Contractors, you will be responsible for assisting Drillers by performing the following: Load and unload drills, augers, rods, casing, bits, samplers and materials from vehicle Drill with various casings, rods, augers, bits, etc. Prepare rods, put samplers on rods, take sample, empty samplers Shovel drill cuttings away from holes; keep drill sites clean and hazard-free Handle all casing, rods and equipment with care; clean and ready all equipment for next use Drive support trucks in compliance with company policies. Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
MUST have a Valid Driver's License MUST be able to pass a drug screen and DOT Physical. Must be able to drive company vehicles under Federal Guidelines.
Job Details:
Must be willing to travel away from home up to four nights each week. Valid Class A or B license or willingness to obtain
PAY IS DEPENDENT ON PRIOR EXPERINCE AND CREDENTIALS
