General Laborer

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for learning various processes and jobs around the shop floor like: setup and operation of Cosan Saw and Tsune Cold Saw, driving a forklift, setup and operation of Okuma lathes and cleaning/organizing various manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities include:

Running the Cosan and Tsune Working with hand tools to complete various tasks Cleaning and organizing various manufacturing areas Dumping Chip Hoppers Packing parts for shipment Loading and Unloading trucks Additional items as assigned by manager

PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE COMPANY

This position interacts with other trades in and outside of their area including machinists, Quality Control, and other manufacturing employees.

COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting (50-100 lbs.) EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED Powder coat experience is preferred for Lebanon

EQUIPMENT USED

This position will use a various saws, select lathes and fork truck.

WORKING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

This position will be on the manufacturing floor, frequent heavy lifting, continual bending and standing on a concrete floor.
