Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a General Laborer to become an integral part of our clients team.

Job Duties:

• Operate a variety of general manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for each machine.
• Load and unload materials from machines and production areas.
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects throughout the production process.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality.
• Perform general production tasks such as sorting, deburring, assembling, and packaging parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Learn additional manufacturing equipment and processes as training progresses.
• Transition into operating laser cutting machines and brake presses after gaining experience and demonstrating proficiency with general production equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions, production drawings, and job specifications.
• Communicate any machine, material, or quality issues to a supervisor or team lead.
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and tape measures, etc.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Be able to lift up-to 35 lbs on a regular basis. Occasionally lift up-to 40 lbs.
• Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
