In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse tasks such as order fulfillment, stocking, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes while working in a collaborative environment that values your contributions. Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport product safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and pull orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas following safety standards and company procedures Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper labeling Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities during order picking and packing processes Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to safety protocols and best practices in warehousing operations Support inventory control through regular cycle counts and updating records in our ERP (Enterprise Requirements Planning) system. Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and pick up truck and light trailers Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), Viewpoint or similar ERP systems is advantageous Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing, stock management, and quality control Basic math skills for counting items accurately and calculating measurements or quantities Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and warehouse safety standards Upkeep of warehouse, yard and outside campus, and assist as needed with facility maintenance items Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive approach keeps our warehouse running smoothly!
