Warehouse Operations Technician

is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Operations Technician to support daily warehouse and logistics activities. This role is essential in ensuring efficient freight handling, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination of inbound and outbound shipments. Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality standards Prepare and stage outbound freight for timely delivery and transportation Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning systems Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory placement Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Update shipment records and warehouse data using logistics software systems Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a secure work environment Assist with loading/unloading trucks and securing freight when necessary

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or freight handling preferred Ability to operate material handling equipment (or willingness to be trained) Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.40 per hour
