Description Inventory Management:

Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming shipments. Count and inspect products for damages or discrepancies and report any issues. Organize and maintain inventory in an efficient manner. Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory audits.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and label products for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality. Prepare shipments for delivery by boxing, labeling, and organizing products for transport. Ensure timely order fulfillment and meet delivery deadlines.

Shipping & Receiving:

Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling of merchandise. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by checking product quantities and descriptions. Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and pickups.

General Warehouse Duties:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles and storage areas. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (if certified). Assist with moving materials and products as needed.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately. Ensure proper handling of all products to prevent damage or injury.

Requirements:

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
