Duties Perform inventory management tasks including stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory control to maintain accurate records. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments against documentation, and ensuring proper storage. Execute order picking, packing, and order fulfillment Support warehouse distribution operations by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow processes and improve overall warehouse efficiency. Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance on heavy machinery. Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations including inventory management, stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving. Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers with safety certification. Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing basic repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during order fulfillment processes.
