We are looking for dependable people who want to work, learn construction skills, and build a long-term career in the trades. Position Summary The General Laborer / Construction Apprentice supports our field crews with general construction, demolition, material handling, jobsite preparation, cleanup, and basic repair work. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn multiple trades and advance into skilled technician, remodeling, weatherization, maintenance, and crew-lead positions. Responsibilities Assist carpenters, technicians, and crew leads on active projects Jobsite setup, protection, teardown, and cleanup Load, unload, and move tools and construction materials Assist with demolition and debris removal Assist with basic carpentry, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance Use basic hand and power tools as trained Maintain clean and organized jobsites Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist with remodeling, weatherization, lead-safe, and property-maintenance projects Follow instructions and complete assigned work efficiently Help protect customers' homes and property while work is underway Qualifications 0-2 years construction experience; experience is helpful but not required Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic Willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions Ability to work effectively as part of a crew Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical construction work Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Professional attitude around customers and occupied properties Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Career Growth This position can lead to: General Laborer / Apprentice → Service or Division Technician → Senior Technician → Crew Lead / Foreman → Field Management To Apply Apply through Indeed with your work history and a short description of any construction, maintenance, mechanical, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, or other hands-on experience you have.
