S. team and support logistics, import/export operations, warehouse management, and daily business operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience with China-U.S. international shipments, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and inventory management and wants to play an important role in building overseas operations for a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import/export shipments and customs clearance processes Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoice, packing list, etc.) Work with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery Manage warehouse inventory, receiving, and outbound shipments Support daily office administration and customer coordination Assist with communication between U.S. customers and China headquarters
    Requirements:
    U.S. citizen or Green Card holder Fluent English; Chinese language skills are a plus Experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, customs, or warehouse operations Familiar with international shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) and customs procedures Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently Experience in supporting manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technology companies is highly preferred.
