Your mission Keep finished goods flowing accurately and on time—every day. You'll coordinate, document, and execute outbound shipments and transfers so our customers receive exactly what they expect, when they expect it. Work schedule & location 1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday Overtime as business needs require On-site, in person Impact you'll make Coordinate staging of finished product for direct customer shipment or warehouse transfer. Produce accurate, customer-specific shipping documents and ensure compliance with their requirements. Communicate shipment status and timing with internal partners and external carriers. Collaborate with the shipping team to meet deadlines and maintain proper storage practices. What it takes to succeed Forklift experience is strongly preferred; current licensing is advantageous. Fast, practical problem-solving and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment. Clear communication and teamwork skills. Sharp attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple tasks. Stamina to remain highly active while standing for extended periods. Strong organization, reliable follow-through, and dependability.
