Gull Lake Country Club is seeking reliable, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Dock Hands for the upcoming season. This role is essential in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable waterfront experience for our members and their guests. Position Summary Dock Hands are responsible for assisting members with boating activities, maintaining dock and waterfront areas, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities Assist members and guests with docking, launching, and securing boats Provide courteous and attentive service at all times Monitor dock areas to ensure safety and adherence to Club rules Maintain cleanliness and organization of docks, equipment, and surrounding areas Support setup and breakdown for waterfront events and activities Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operations and safety concerns Qualifications Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Basic boating knowledge preferred (training can be provided) Must be at least 16 years old Schedule Seasonal position (spring through early fall) Weekends, holidays, and flexible weekday availability required Why Join GLCC?
