The company buys and sells a wide range of items, including sports cards, Pokémon, jerseys, equipment, autographs, and vintage collections. With over 35 years of experience, Kruk Cards is known for fair pricing, honest transactions, and strong customer service. Role Description The Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate is a full-time or part-time, on-site role based in Rochester, MI. This position includes, but is not limited to: receiving and unloading shipments, accurately sorting and organizing trading cards and collectibles, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment. The associate picks, packs, and prepares customer orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly selected, well protected, and labeled. The role may involve operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, in accordance with safety guidelines. The associate also helps support customer service needs related to inventory or order status and collaborates with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals. Qualifications Ability to perform core warehouse tasks, including Packing, Unloading, and sorting inventory efficiently and accurately Ability to regularly lift and move boxes or products weighing approximately 40-60 lbs Attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment; prior experience in fulfillment or retail is a plus, but not required Reliable attendance, time management skills, and the ability to work on your feet Interest in trading cards or collectibles is beneficial but not required Strong Customer Service skills to assist with order-related questions and support a positive experience for collectors The ability to be coached/taught Compensation and Benefits $18.00 per hour Health insurance available to full-time employees 401(k) with company match up to 3% Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities available
