Job Description

Warehouse Associate We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities to ensure an efficient and organized warehouse.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Unload incoming trucks
  • Receive inventory into QuickBooks
  • Organize stock and move materials to maximize warehouse storage space
  • Routine stock counts
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Daily staging of product needed for upcoming install or service orders
  • Return of unused installation parts to stock
  • Documents all inventory that is pulled for transfer to other locations and records serial numbers
  • Assist with product returns to vendors for defective or damaged product
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate quantity on hand
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ground and building maintenance and ensure warehouse is clean and safe
  • Backup for scheduling
  • Assist technicians on occasion
  • Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior warehouse experience
  • Able to move or lift heavy objects and operate a forklift
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • QuickBooks experience preferred but not required

Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
