• 1:00 pm Friday Pay $18 hourly Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, motivated Entry-Level General Laborer to join our small welding and fabrication shop.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop new skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment. No welding experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal applicant has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their work, follows directions, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized shop. Responsibilities Keep the shop clean and organized by sweeping, removing scrap materials, and maintaining work areas. Assist welders and fabricators with preparing materials and moving parts. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment throughout the shop. Measure, mark, and prepare materials for fabrication. Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools after training. Help package and prepare completed projects for delivery or pickup. Follow all shop safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform other general shop duties as assigned. Qualifications No experience required; we will train the right candidate. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Dependable with good attendance and a positive attitude. Basic mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools is a plus, but not required. What We Offer On-the-job training.
