Company description Quality Chaser Company is seeking an individual to join our sales and service team. We are an industry leading manufacturer of precision engineered threading tools. We manufacture and sell thread chasers - unique and specialized thread cutting tools used in die and tap heads. Description of Position The opportunity is a full time position based in office. You will work directly with customers, other office and manufacturing team members, and third party suppliers and vendors to ensure customer needs are accurately fulfilled in a timely manner. The position involves providing customer quotes, processing and managing new and existing orders, troubleshooting customer concerns, assisting with onboarding new customers, and other general office and administrative tasks. Opportunity for Growth Initially the majority of time will be spent in office working with existing business to gain a familiarity with our company, product, and customers. Over time and if desired, the potential is there for the focus to shift toward generating new business. This could lead to travel to engage on location with current and potential customers.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in industrial or manufacturing customer service, sales, administration, and/or distribution Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Competency in typical office software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive and friendly demeanor that works well with others Ability to multitask and retain composure in a sometimes fast paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Experience with the
