Job Description

Industrial Fabric Products Inc. is a family-owned manufacturer and online retailer of tarps, covers, and industrial fabric products. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate who takes pride in accuracy, productivity, and keeping a clean, organized workplace. This is a hands-on position involving order fulfillment, inventory handling, and general facility support. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable staying active throughout the workday.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, verify, pack, label, and ship customer orders. Meet daily order-processing and shipping deadlines. Receive incoming shipments and verify products and quantities. Put away, organize, and replenish warehouse inventory. Help maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies. Keep warehouse aisles, shelves, equipment, and workstations clean and organized. Safely operate warehouse equipment after receiving proper training. Assist with periodic inventory counts. Report damaged products, unsafe conditions, and equipment problems promptly. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Assist other warehouse team members as workload requires. Facility Support Responsibilities This position also supports the general upkeep of our building and property.
Duties may include:
Routine warehouse and work-area cleaning. Trash and debris removal. Light painting, touch-ups, and safety markings. Basic equipment care and minor troubleshooting. Outdoor cleanup and groundskeeping. Snow and ice removal when necessary. Minor property repairs and other general maintenance assignments.
