Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting operations by performing a variety of physical tasks that ensure smooth production processes. Your hands-on approach, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety will contribute to maintaining a productive and safe work environment. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, cleaning, and organization of work areas to promote efficiency and safety Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks required for manufacturing processes, ensuring proper technique to prevent injury Support the operation of machinery and equipment with guidance from supervisors, adhering to safety standards in production Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to safeguard yourself and colleagues during all tasks Follow strict safety protocols and guidelines to maintain high-quality standards Conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and workspaces to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a focus on safety and quality Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with machinery is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Prior experience in underground utility construction or industrial environments is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily responsibilities Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to following them rigorously Familiarity with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks Reliable, hardworking attitude with excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual labor throughout shifts Join us in a role that values your energy, dedication, and safety-conscious mindset.
