Responsibilities Accurately assemble kits by selecting, organizing, and packaging components according to order specifications using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems. Operate various heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely to load, unload, and move inventory. Perform order picking and packing with precision to meet shipping deadlines while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts, updating inventory management systems, and ensuring proper storage of materials in designated warehouse areas. Support shipping and receiving activities by loading/unloading shipments, verifying shipment accuracy, and documenting movement using RF scanners. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety procedures during manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and packing materials. Conduct quality control checks on kits to ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatching orders. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or similar heavy equipment. Strong familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety protocols. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Prior experience in warehouse operations such as order fulfillment, stocking, shipping & receiving, or distribution is highly preferred. Knowledge of safety procedures related to warehouse work and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in kit assembly and inventory control. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
