Material Handler Location:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday 830am - 5pm

Pay:

$17/hr. A client in the Wixom, MI area is seeking a reliable Material Handler to join their team. This position plays a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials are received, stored, and delivered efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has warehouse or manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials and shipments. Stage materials for production based on daily schedules. Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks while verifying quantities and product condition. Pick, package, and prepare orders for shipment. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous material handling, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred. Forklift experience is highly preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
