Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on warehouse work with active delivery driving, ensuring products reach customers efficiently and safely. You'll be the friendly face representing our company on the road, providing exceptional customer service while managing warehouse tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Duties Promote excellence throughout the department Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools Overhead Crane, Fork Truck, Magnets, Rigging Straps and Clamps Deliver a wide variety of steel fabricated products primarily within the State of MN Follow routes and keep to time schedules Load, unload, safely secure loads and operate a variety of delivery vehicles, such as 1 Ton, Straight Truck and Semi Conduct daily vehicle inspections Complete logs and reports Obtain delivery confirmations from customers Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Experience Dedication to excellence and a quality output Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver, minimum 2 years Valid Class A CDL driver's license Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations Experience hauling oversized loads would be a plus High school degree Ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol test Current Medical Examiner's License (or ability to obtain) Ability to read blueprints, lists of material and routers Basic skill level to ensure proper material/parts General Math Skills Addition, Subtraction, Tape Measure Reading Ability to operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools
