Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30PM Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Logistics Associate II to join our warehouse operations team in Eagan, MN. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities including picking, shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, and general warehouse maintenance. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Picking & Order Fulfillment Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently. Perform repack picking activities. Support replenishment and runner functions as needed. Shipping Process small parcel shipments. Prepare and ship LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) orders. Build and prepare pallets for shipment. Load outbound shipments using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment. Receiving Unload inbound shipments using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment. Verify incoming materials for accuracy and condition. Assist with inventory placement and organization. Stocking & Inventory Control Complete stocking and replenishment activities. Perform repack stocking functions. Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits. Support inventory accuracy initiatives. Warehouse Operations Sort and organize components and materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform general facility and warehouse maintenance duties. Change batteries and perform basic powered equipment maintenance as assigned. Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or transportation experience preferred, but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions, safety policies, and established procedures. Basic problem-solving and analytical skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may be busy and occasionally noisy. Why Join Us?
